To receive a quote:

We'll review and respond with a written quote and suggested package. Once you confirm (via text or email), a deposit is required to secure your appointment.

At Big Jay’s, we understand that delays and unexpected situations can come up. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible—communication is key and greatly appreciated.
A 20-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you contact us before the grace period ends, no problem—we’ll do our best to keep your slot.
If we don’t hear from you within the grace period, your appointment may be automatically canceled and you’ll forfeit your slot.
Need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Late cancellations or multiple reschedules may result in service restrictions or require prepayment for future bookings.

Detailing times vary from 1.5 hours to overnight, depending on your service and your vehicle’s condition. You'll receive an estimated service time after we assess your vehicle. Note: additional issues may be identified on-site that could require more time to ensure the highest quality work.

Big Jay’s reserves the right to take before-and-after photos/videos of your vehicle for use on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more. These visuals help us show real results and build trust with future clients.
Any indirect, direct, incidental, or special damages
Injuries to clients due to accidents or interference during service
Obstruction or disruption of operations on-site
